We'll do a mix of weighted and body weight exercises, in circuits and sequences that will challenge you physically and send you home with a smile on your face.
Absolutely. You chose your own weights and the number of times you do each exercise. You decide the level you challenge yourself at!
Bring a water bottle, and layer up for the unpredictable Scottish weather. If you bring a good attitude, we will provide everything else.
Purchase a subscription and redeem against a class in the booking calendar. Dont forget, your first class is free!

Wild Fitness was born from Olivia’s love of smart, effective training and Phil’s talent for keeping chaos under control.

Olivia brings the expertise as a certified PT with a medical education background. Phil keeps the whole operation running like clockwork taking care of the logistics and the good vibes.
As proud Roslin locals, they love fresh air, are frequently wearing muddy trainers, and are keen to build a community that trains hard, laughs loud, and keeps coming back for more.
